Most emphasis is put on the hair, which is really well-drawn. You've mastered the shading on the hair perfectly! Not many people can top this style like you did.
Not much originality in terms of style but the concept is very unique, however.
You could have used slightly more contrast between Black and White and the nose is somewhat offset from the direction she's facing.
Other than that, it's a really nice picture! I hope you work on the full body version soon. If you ever do, drop a comment on my profile!
